My HDD didn't have a virus, as they suggested, Dell create a recovery partition on their Hard Drives and encrypt it with BitLocker themselves. This wasn't any help so I managed to find out a solution for myself. I contacted the Mr Memory help desk but was told that my current drive had a virus and I should do a fresh install. When I tried to clone my HDD using the Acronis software supplied, I kept getting a message telling me that it couldn't complete the operation because a disk partition was encrypted with BitLocker. I was a bit disappointed with the after service though. Arrived just 2 days later so I have no complaints about that.
